First Op Doctors Visit

Today I had my first post op visit. My surgeon said I'm doing great! Although I'm only getting half of my liquid and half of my protein goal my surgeon said that that's normal. On an even better note I have officially lost 18lbs and my surgery was 10 days ago!! It feels awesome to know the hard work and mental stress is worth it! Couldn't be happier :)))))

Great job! That is so exciting. I know that seeing the scale headed in the right direction is pretty rewarding. I can't wait to be in your shoes. I'm just starting my journey with my consultation in two weeks. This sure is great motivation. Keep up the fantastic work!

Thank you!! Its a great feeling. Good luck on your journey! At times it may seem long and silly but it is worth it. Every step will teach you something useful for post op. Congratulations and good luck!
