Have a question , is it normal to not be losing weight before you get a fill.. I'm doing everything I was told.. I can see inches, I've lose 25 lbs but it's of that was within the liquid stage, every since I been on solids I have not had any loss.. So I'm just wondering is that normal..again I'm doing everything my doctor suggested.. I just want to know did other go thru this before a fill.

Very, very normal. The band is not at its optimum until you reach the fill amount that works for you.

Kandy12 I lost a few lbs here and there before my first fill and have lost a few after that, but so know I am not anywhere near my Green Zone...I have only had 2 cc's put it and someday I am so hungry and other days I have to force myself to eat. the only way I know there is a band inside is when I get stuck. so I was told to up my protein and make sure I was drinking at least 64 oz a day of fluids. call your doctor's office and maybe they can offer you some help. I'll keep you in my prayers okay?
