One week post op, not so good

I am still vomiting up just about everything. Seems the only thing I can handle is water and that even comes up eventually. Any advice? I'm suppose to start vitamins and protein today but I don't see that happening.

    Yes I agree with yoli2014, you need to get in touch with your doctor. Praying you will feel better soon.
