Weird dreams

I don't know if the anesthesia is to blame but I am 6 days post op and have had crazy weird dreams every night. I wake up heart racing and don't want to go back to sleep... Anyone?

Definitely blame it on a combination of anaesthesia and pain meds. Pretty common actually. Enjoy the ride. :)

I sort of figured it was from the pain meds but they are freaking me out. I'm cutting out pain meds now tho so hopefully they stop!

Had the same issues my first week post op. Pain meds, anesthesia or just hormonal changes that occurred.
