need help coping with pain

I had sleeve surgery WK ago, I had to stay an extra day, due low hemo had to get 3 pts of blood, inst of 1 day only drinking water I spent 2 days. I'm following the diet exactly the way I should, but I'm still having pain and having trouble sleeping any suggestions

Are u taking the pain meds? Praying things get better.

I'm sorry you're having a rough time. Maybe your doctor can give you some (or different) pain medications. I know heating pads across my upper chest helped me a great deal during my first week home.
