I'm getting ready to start my pre-op diet in a few weeks and was wondering if anyone knows a good substitute for Crystal Light? I need to be able to drink something with flavor but without aspartame. Aspartame gives me headaches and since I won't be able to have caffeine that's the last thing I need!

I use stevia. And there is a crystal lite version made with stevia called crystal lite pure.

I used to find it everywhere. Then could only find it on crystal lite website. About 2 months ago there was an online clearance and I worried it was being discontinued. But now I see it in Wegmans.
