weight loss has stopped

3 months in my weight loss has stopped. I've lost 45 pounds and have 25 to go. I would really like some tips on getting back to losing

      How long has it been stopped? You are likely in a stall. If it is a stall, just keep plugging along and it will pass. May take 3-4 weeks, might be less.
