Pun intended. At 12 weeks I was told I could have nuts, so I bought about a cup-sized can of almonds. I broke them down into serving sized baggies, 28 almonds per baggy, about 170 calories. I have been having one baggy per day for several days. I know nuts contain healthy fats, Protein, and very few carbs, but I am wondering if the fat content might slow weight loss. Anyone know?
Thanks,
Amy
