Tortilla shells

I used to love mixing rotisserie chicken, red onion, broccoli, tomato, cheese, and cucumber with a vinaigrette dressing and put in low carb tortilla shells. I'm 3 months out, think this would be acceptable?

Sounds fine to me! I'm just a little over 3 months and on a rare occasion I eat something with a tortilla, I tear all of the tortilla off except the bottom (picture a hot dog bun) so the stuffing stay

I think you'll be OK, but have you tried some of these items on their own before mixing them together? I would only suggest that you be careful how much you can eat since it'll all be mixed up.

I'm not sure since each Surgeon has different thoughts on diet. I know that at three months out, I couldn't handle any tortilla wraps and they would blow up in my still swollen small stomach. I'd be careful. I don't even ink I could eat some of the other stuff at that stage.

sounds really yummy but the onions and tortilla shells would kill my sleeve.

I have all that stuff except the dressing with no problems. .. yum

For me at three months, the only thing on your list I could have eaten was the cheese and chicken. It took me a long time to be able to handle raw foods.

Tortilla chips unfortunately went down just fine, though. Unlikely you'll be able to eat a whole tortilla, but that's just as well.

That sounds positively delicious, and I think I'll be sending my mate out to the grocery for a chicken, red onion, cheese, and dressing.... <3!!

I'm 6weeks out, I'd prob just eat more of the chicken and less of the veg, maybe half of a small low-carb tortilla (the taco size not the burrito size)...

I've ate all the things listed except tortilla. Have trouble with cucumber so will be leaving that off. Thought I could cut it into 3 or 4 portions, Saran Wrap, and put in fridge. Never know til you try I reckon.
