Finally 100 lbs lost!

  • Popular Post

It has been a slow go for me but finally a very big milestone. 100 lbs gone. Not able to exercise but still I have been successful. 9 lbs to go to my personal goal. My hubby said he always thought this was the easy way to lose weight but after he saw all I have gone thru he realizes it still takes a lot of work. Best of luck to everyone. You can do it if I can.

Congrats!! That is a huge milestone for most of us and it is such a good feeling!

Well done. Slow and Steady wins the race said the turtle to the hare.

Yeah for us! 102 lost, below goal. Had to have surgery Month ago for vaginal vault prolapse and not exercising yet except for some walking. Two more weeks and I see the surgeon for that surgery s will find out when I can golf and do water aerobics again.

Congratulations! Slow & steady it is for some of us. I'm down 121 with 121 to go. Definitely not the easy way out. It makes it doable & we're all still working which is fantastic. Thanks for sharing. It's nice to know that not everyone gets to goal in year!
