My Trainer sees a difference

Today was a good start. My trainer said he can see some refinement in my muscles...There you go..It is working. He said muscle!!!! Asked him if he could see it on my butt. But he just laughed and said we are getting there you know.

It is going to be something when I get all my muscle mass back....

Can you call this a NSV!
