alternative to protein shake?

So far I haven't found a protein shake that I like. I do, however, like milk. I was thinking about mixing some nonfat dry milk into some skim milk to up the protein content and perhaps adding a dash of vanilla for flavor. Has anyone tried this? Good or gross?

I used to love premier before surgery. Now it's too thick for my liking. I love synthrax nectar in double stuffed cookie, chocolate truffle, vanilla bean torte and cappuccino mixed with unsweetened
