Massage

7 days post surgery...my back hurts so bad. I've walked, had daughter rub it, laid different ways... Is it safe to get a massage?

    They always ask you if you have had surgery (or should) before they start, if your ok laying on your stomach then you can get one they can’t touch your stomach for a year but you can try to get a place that does the chairs so your chest and head are leaning not your stomach.
