I feel like crying!

Had my surgery march 3. Gastric bypass. I've lost 20lbs so far, which is great! But all of a sudden not only have I stalled but I've gained two pounds! I want to cry and scream. I'm barely eating! And when I do eat it's beans, egg beaters, cottage cheese, etc- about 1/4 cup. And my unjury protein shakes.

I know it's easy to say 'don't stress over it', but seriously - don't. I'm only losing about a half pound a day on average, but I'm also losing inches, which makes me very happy. There are days when the scale doesn't move for a couple of days, but I'm not worried about it. Your body is still healing and adjusting to this new lifestyle, so some weeks your weight loss will be slower than others. Don't focus on the weight loss, but on following your doctor's plan and getting enough Water & Protein. You are going to do great! :)

@@chelseabell91 --- you look great in the pictures and I know some people take it in a bad way, you have the greatest face!

You know what you have! @@chelseabell91 You have character. I can see it in your pictures.....Don't beat yourself up over this issue. Weigh a couple times a month and watch the inches and clothes sizes....You have a shape...I don't! I forgot about that and now I am a stick again....I would rather have a waist and hips...Oh well....Your doing it Peter! Just keep swimming okay! :)
