Has anyone heard of or tried core power protein shakes? They gavd 150 cal and 20 G protein in the lite. I have tried many and couldn't drink them but these tasted good to me. Just wondering what others think about them.

I've been drinking the pure protein shakes (35g)

Yesterday, I went to buy whey protein and mad a fruit smoothie last night-

1scoop vanilla, crushed ice, fruit, 3/4 skim milk. Ive been up with heartburn all night.

Are there different types of whey? I'm bringing this back to the store!

I'm not sure about the whey protein. I have some i can't tolerate just a thought the heartburn could have been from the fruit this early out.and too acids reflux is pretty common for sleeve patients, a lot of us have to take an acid reducer daily.

It was the cheap powder I bought from Walmart

Too much "garbage" in it.

I'm living on shakes w powder my neighbor gave me, frozen bananas, greek yogurt, sweetener, milk and coconut coffee (ground espresso). More filling and satisfying.

I hope you get approved. I am months out now and just recently found out About it signed up and received my shipment about 3 weeks later. I try to drink one a day to supplant what I am able to eat.
