8 days post op

Today I am 8 days post op . I had my gastric bypass on March 3rd. 2014 . Starting weight was 291.5 I am now down to 274.5 . The second day out of surgery was the worst . I could hold anything down not even Water. Day by day I feel a little better and stronger . I looking forward to my new life .

The hardest thing so far in Thai journey is drinking the Protein shakes . I had no trouble before but now it has been difficult .

It will get easier. The first few weeks are hard and such an emotional learning process. Hang in there because it DOES get easier and soon it will all be like second nature!
