Day 3

Am 3 days post op and so far I am doing great. After my surgery I had a massive gas bubble sitting in my chest and it hurt. So I walked and walked and walked some more. Then on day 2 it moved down. I am starting my shakes today. I have not hurt to much since Ive been home I only stayed overnight at the hospital. I have never been one to use pain meds but I had had to use it 2 times since being at home.

Start weight was 458

Before surgery was 442

I am gonna weight myself once a month I don't want to be worried about it all the time. My husband and mother and my many many supporters have been so great to me and I can't wait till I can go work out I have 14 days off and just been walking 30 mins a day starting off. Getting there slowly !
