Starting over

I've lost nothing in 4 weeks... I think my problem is not drinking 64 fl ozs of water, making sure I have 60-70 grams of protein and also counting my calories. I'm basically not eating or drinking much so I think my body is just getting used to the way I eat. I've read my post op diet package and there is nothing on there about how many calories per day... Can someone tell me please? Had surgery dec 9th lost 48 lbs

I asked my NUT a couple of weeks ago and she said not to worry about calories, just Protein and Water. That said, I am shooting for around 800 a day.

800 per day..I also got sleeved dec 9 ,, I broke several stalls by exercising hard. So I suggest u move, move , move. 70 grams protein per day. Is my daily minimum protein.

My Nut said around 1000 calories a day....but I usually consume less. sleeved 1/29/14 3 week stall as well. Protein 60-80 grams, 64 oz of water or more daily and exercising 5 days a week! Frustrated have not lost a pound in 3 weeks! Can someone give advice,? I think my body is in shock!!

My NUT didn't want to give me a number but finally realized I had to have a number :). She told me at least 1200 but closer to 1400 for my body size. I struggle with getting that many cals because I feel guilty. She tells me I would have lost a lot more if I would eat enough cals. I am now trying to hit at least 1200. I also drink at least 64 iz of water, but usually hit 80+. I shoot for at least 85 g protein as well.
