Stomach Feeling Tighter. Does this happen?

I'm 26 days post op. I've been on full liquids for a week and just started mushies two days ago. I was doing really good and then this afternoon I hardly can get down a protein shake. Are there days where my tummy is just tighter? Anything to relax it?

I do have days where my sleeve seems tighter than other days. Also it can make a difference if the food or drink is warm vs cold.

Hmm... well in general I think that you feel more restriction as you get further out, once the nerves that were severed start healing, so it may be that, or perhaps your tummy just does not agree with the protein shake you are drinking. Have you tried different kinds?

Are you constipated? Sometimes it's hard to get anything down when this happens.

I agree with this statement!!
