Banded 3/5/14

It is my third day post surgery. No gas pain, just soreness. I am able to eat a cup of protein pudding at my three meal times. Should I be able to eat this much this early on? I do not feel hungry. Any suggestions on a protein I can use hot? I am on unjury and it can't be heated past 130 degrees .

I was extremely sore on day 2 as well. I'm 4 days out now and feeling a lot less sore. I put Fage greek yogurt in a tomato base and heat that up. But, I can really only eat a 1/2 cup or so at a time.

I had a strange sensation of being hungry and full at the same time this morning. Must have been mental hunger. Read my blog to see all of the ups and downs of my post-surgery.

Congrats on your surgery!!! Yay!

No, you should not be eating any food right now. You are supposed to be on clear liquids.
