gastric sleeve surgery

Thurs. March 6 is my surgery. I'm scared and excited at the same time. If anyone has any advice or helpful hints for me please let me know.

    Be totally excited. I felt like a new man after only three days post-op. My surgery was 2/20, pre-diet started 2/5, and I've shed 52lbs since and exercising daily. Now starting foods again slowly. Good luck. It's so worth it!
