staples out & 9 days out

So I had my staples out yesterday and I was so scared it would hurt. The last thing I wanted was that pain like I experienced in the hospital when they pulled out the drain tube omg !

But my doc was talking to me and popping them out at the same time so anyone looking to see if the staple removal has any pain involved --NO!! I am so grateful it was simple and easy. I have geese little white sticker bandages over them he said to leave on until they come off.

All in all--these 9 days have been ok and since since the staple removal I feel a lot better, it helped that I used bacitracin on my incision areas so they wouldn't get dried out. I hope this helps at least one person that was scared of the staple removal process. Good luck to all and congrats on all the success !

Staples? Was your surgery not done laproscopically?

Yes it was but I had tiny staples closing the incisions. He didn't use glue.
