I'm not sure what you are asking for help with? You have to give us more info. Are you thinking that is too much loss, too little? What was your starting weight? I was down about the same in 7/8 weeks if that helps at all. I am just shy of 3 months out and down 42 lbs. Starting weight 230.

Is there a normal? I think every individual will loose weight differently. 150 kg is like 330lbs, 14 kg is about 31 lbs? I think? I'm so bad at converting. I'm not quite 2 weeks out so not sure what the norm is. I do know 2 other people that had surgery the same time I did. I have lost 15 pounds post op, my MIL has lost 16 lbs, and the other person has lost 7 lbs. I lost 11 lbs on the 5 day pre op diet, my MIL did 3 days and lost 5 lbs, the other woman did it for 2 weeks and list 9lbs.
