Hello all, doing great my energy levels are finally back up. Been lifting for a week, down 30 lbs but have not seen the scale move in 13 days. Hopefully tom.

I'm sure that must be very frustrating to be so commited and working hard but yet not see those numbers go down. Keep up the good work and great attitude. As you said, "maybe tom"!!!!! Keep us updated.

you may be gaining muscle and since muscle weighs more than fat, its not showing up as weight loss. The fact that you are exercising is great because ultimately, that's the key.
