Calorie Question

I'm still on liquids and planning to stay on liquids for a total of 4 weeks. So I'm eating about 500-600 calories a day. I'm kinda freaking out to go to pureed, bc I'm afraid to increase my calories. Anyone else in this boat?,

I am past pureed, on soft foods like fish and veggies and fruit. I rarely get past 600 calories a day. Don't worry too much about it.

What you really need to watch is

(1) did you get all your fluids today (60 oz+)?

(2) did you get all your Protein today (60 gm +)?

(3) did you stay away from junk today? (Eat protein first, then veggies/fruit, then if there is any space left, carbos)

If the answer to all three is Yes, then you should be on track, and losing weight. Maybe not weighing less every single day - and sometimes stalling for a while - but on the slow-and-steady path to a healthy weight.

Thx, I needed that! I'm still low in my protein, so working in that. So for example Un eating 620 calories but like today burned 582 calories exercising
