I now own a FULL LENGTH MIRROR! :)

Recommended Posts

After at least, 10 years, I purchased a full length mirror... I was a Kirklands...its was on sale ... it was a new Kirklands, so I had a 20% coupon and I had a 10% off purchase from my "spin to win" app.... so I got a beautifully framed full length mirror for my door for about $15... I needed to buy a few dresses for a cruise vacation for next month and wanted to see how I "really" looked in them.... HOLY COW!!! That was enlightening...but in a good way! (pictures under my profile)

Just wondering if anyone else has ventured out to the full length mirror experience :) It's a whole new YOU!!!

Love to hear your experience when you viewed your "full length self" ... ;)

I don't own a full length mirror, but I am not afraid to look at myself in a mirror anymore! It's hard to believe the changes that are happening to my body!!

Congratulations,

I have a full length mirror also. I love to look in it. When I feel I have not done so well, I go back to mirror, and WOLAH !!! I a still there .

There is not a day goes by without me looking in it and admiring and still being shocked !

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
