I had ordered the Celebrate ones and took 1 a day.. I got to reading on the package and see 1 only gives you 250 mg.. now I know they don't want me to take 5 a day?? so can anyone tell me what they take and do they have to get 1200mg?

  • I take celebrate, too -- you must be taking the chewy ones with only 250 each. They sell 500 chewables (not chewy) that are better because they include D3 (for better absorption), magnesium and zinc.
