Using Optifast 3-4 months post-op?

Has anyone used Optifast shakes months after VSG? I have a few boxes left (from past weight loss attempts); I'd hate to waste them/that money. Has anyone used it and, if so, how were your results? Did it end your stalls? Advance your weight loss or cause a stall? Thanks.

Im going to do medifast and I heard some dr's say its ok to use medifast

My nut said we were not allowed to drink them after surgery because of the high sugar content. I was on them for a month before surgery and ended up throwing out 25 cartons of it. I was ticked because the bariatric center put me on them and I had to prepay. I wondered how their count could be so off! I drink the Premier very good!shakes and just got the new strawberry flavor....
