you guys have been super encouraging through my first stall...and more recently with my relationship crap...but guess what? this girl has lost 12 pounds since her stall broke on super bowl Sunday and am under 250 for the first time....in......since ever ok...lol....I'm going to the store to get my surgeon a thank you card....that's how awesome I feel today!!

p.s. don't make fun of my messy bathroom in the pic...I hadn't gotten to my housework prior to gym time:-)
