January Sleevers

Anyone out there who has had the sleeve done in January?

I had mine 1/29/14 and am down 29 pounds. I feel great but cannot seem to keep up with the Water and fluids of 64 oz a day. No matter what I do.

Anyone have this happen?

I had mine on January 21, 2014 and I too a having that problem. It seems like all I am doing is drinking water and its still not enough! My protein is another hard thing to get in. How are you doing on that? I am down 28 pounds so I know its working.

Same with me but I have been drinking fruit punch flavored G2 or regular gatorade with liquid New whey Protein. Get them at walmart. And use the 1 qt sized gatorade. It's not that bad so you at least get liquids and the protein for now.

Then I go back and forth between that and Water. Seems to be going better for me. The last two days I've been able to get the protein I've needed now just got to drink more water.

Thanks for sharing with me.....us! ☆☆☆

I can't get my water or protein in. I feel okay though! I was sleeved Jan 8 and have lost 40 pounds with pre op and post op.
