Ted talks; Sam Berns

Sam Berns talks about his philosophy of life...We as WLS patients can apply his message to ourselves and consider his message for our own journey's.

Some of the things he said rang true for me and I will digest some of his ideas and try to incorporate them in my life.

Sam passed away a few weeks ago. But his words ring true to anyone who wants to have a positive view of life and in our case, our journey!
