It's starting!

Tomorrow I start my liver reduction diet for 10 days! I have been doing two shakes a day for the past couple days to start getting used to it. So far so good but tomorrow will be the ultimate test!!! 10 more days and it's time for a new me :)

Thank you! Day 1 went great. Day 2 we are visiting my husbands ITALIAN family(overnight). That means practically every conversation is food related and quite frankly I'm pissed and wish I was home. I have made it through though.. I'm tough... I know this is what I want. I will do this :)
