Mine are current as of today.

My status as of right now is..4 years out, doing what I'm supposed to be doing, not focusing on WLS anymore, just living & loving life. Vitamin regime a total non thinking habit at this point, vits are near the coffee pot, so its a no brainer. Don't see my Doc again till Aug 2014, I cant call anymore unless there's a complication...lolo..(that's another story..lol).

But your right, we all should keep updated!
