I am sitting here at 5 months losing 52 lbs. I am happy. I take the multi Vitamins,Calcium,d3 and b12 required. But I also take Biotin, cranberry, probiotic and a anti-inflammatory (which spell check won't let me add).
I visited with my aunt last weekend and she was amazed at my face. I had Bells Palsy 7 years ago. I was left with one side drooping and hearing loss. A month prior to that I had sudden hearing loss syndrome. So between both of those, I have pretty moderate hearing loss. I have tried everything they told me to do but hearing and droopiness only got a little better.
Also went in for another hearing assessment a week ago. He told me that I was hearing better.
Solo I account all of this to having my surgery and taking supplements. Quite a nice side effect I think.
