Hi!

Just thought I'll let everyone know that I was banded I'm taking it easy and making sure to walk a lot so the gas pain will pass

    congrat's on your band. besides walking, a heating pad to the shoulder will help. also sleep on the side of the pain. usually the left side. or if in a recliner type chair turn to the left side. this might help with gas pain. keep us informed as you get into each phase of this journey. we want to help. quick recovery to you
