Question

Hello my name is Angie. I have been banded for two weeks and I,m starving if I would let my self I could eat what ever i wanted. Does this get better after the first fill.

It starts getting better after the first fill and it gets better with each one after that.

Once you start eating more solid foods, that will help, too.

Yes because you will be on solids. If you are really hungry try some creamy soup. If it fits through a straw you can have it. Just avoid the meat if there is meet in it. I ate cream of broccoli and celery and had no trouble with either one. Good luck.

Congratulations on your recent banding that is fantastic! Re: hunger sometimes it can take 3-4 fills before you reach your sweet spot in terms of restriction so hang in there, stick with the program...the best is yet to come.
