Three weeks out, help

I had surgery on January 8. I lost weight the first ten days but have plateaued for over two weeks. I even gained two lbs. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Very frustrated. Any suggestions please

This is very common. You'll find many, many posts on this very thing. Look around.

Yep - it's normal.

Here's a great article from Butterthebeans signature - it's worth the read.

Just follow your plan - get your mins in regarding protein and fluids. Walk if you are able and approved.

I also suggest not weighing every day. Weigh in once per week - longer if you can stand it. My husband hides the scale from me and it comes out on Thursdays. That saved my sanity.
