On stage 1 and 2 days post op

2 days post op and I'm feeling good other than gas pain, but Slowly going away. Attached is a pic of my stage 1 menu just as and FYI. Ready for this journey and ready to see them results! BRING IT ON!

    Wishing you the best of luck! The hardest part it over. Listen to your body and what it tells you. If it is telling you to rest, you need a little more time to heal and try to take it easy.
