Pure Protein has been my go-to from the start. I actually like the powder better, I use Smart Balance Fat Free/Lactose Free and its the same 35gms Protein. I like to add sugar free peppermint syrup to it. YUM.

Pure protein makes some good Protein Bars too (The REvolution is my fav) . My NUT approved, but only wants me to have one a day, she would rather me get my calories from food.

Good to know! Thanks!

I tried them pre op and they were tolerable...post op I can't stand them.

Pure Protein is my go to! shakes, powder and bars!

I'm 14 weeks post op and still have a scoop of the powder in hot Water at night to ensure I get all my protein. It mixes weird at first but let it sit and it gets white and creamy looking on the top. Then I finish stirring it!

I'm not really picky and I like weird stuff anyways so many protein drinks I buy I actually love the taste!!

I tried one the other day, it wasn't horrible but it left a weird feeling in my mouth afterwords. Like I licked a cat. lol
