You're doing fine. Typical weight loss is 1-2 lbs. a week. And if you are hungry and not satisfied on small amounts of food, that is when you should discuss fills with your doctor. I've lost 107 lbs. with no fills. I feel satiety on no more than 1,200 calories a day..and have from almost the beginning.

Focus on how you feel, not how much weight you've lost. Good luck!

You are doing great! Congrats on not needinga fill yet. Woohoo! Karen..aka.kll724
