Wow! 8 pounds is so great!! I think I have lost 2. I'm at 218. I weighed 110-120 most of my life. I want to Lise 100 lbs. who knows. Maybe...

My total this morning is 10lbs gone :)

Good for you! I got so hungry today I had a sandwich WITH bread :/(. I am really really hoping I will not be so hungry after the surgery. I have dropped about 2-3 pounds on the pre diet.

I AM SOOOO HAPPY I FOUND THIS APP!!!! I had my surgery March 5th...... (Ash Wednesday). I am so proud of myself.... I had it on Wednesday and was out the following day... Thursday!!!! I threw up Alot!!!!!, Wednesday because of the medicine, but I'll tell you this, I've had 4 C-sections!! This surgery was a WALK IN THE PARK, I WAS AT THE MALL ON FRIDAY, AND WENT TO THE CHEESE CAKE FACTORY AND CASINO ON SUNDAY FOR MY HUSBAND BDAY. (NOOOOOO,I didn't eat anything, I took my shakes with me.) Now, I'm not saying to go out on the town... Bed rest is for a reason. No pain so far, my question for you is... How is your support system????? I don't have one at all!!!! I NEED HELP!!!!!

Glad you are able to get around more than me. I still have pains in stomach area. My surgery was Monday 3/10/14.

Are the pains from the incision? I am the 19th and plan to

Go back in one week. Let us know how you are doing.

Yes area of incision, where stomach was pulled out. Per husband dr said it would be sore for 2 wks. ( I don't remember that, but I was out of it). Also have numbness below that same area.

If u basically sat all day, would u be able to return to work in one week??

It all depends on how you heal. Everyone is different. I wouldn't be able to, but some people do.

Just got home today from being sleeved, feeling good.Pain levels are really low and I'm starting the liquid stage for 2-3 weeks. Wish me luck guys! :) I'll keep you all posted
