I got banded on 12/19 and at first lost 20lbs but when I started eating food when the mushies stage. I have gained 5-10 of that back. I know that the first weeks till the first fill is to heal and if you don't lose a lot its not that big of a deal. However my eating habits have changed since before the surgery I sometime feel I am eating more than I should be but I am not eating nearly as much as I used to. I know there is no restriction to my band and when there is I will be eating less and my weight loss will be good. I have my first appointment to get a fill next Tuesday 1/28.
A couple questions I have about this and some other stuff.
1. Should I be still losing weight now that I am eating ewgular foods.
2. When I get my fills is there a time of when not to eat or drink prior to the appointment.
3. I am still restricted to lifting, pulling, pushing no more than 20 lbs but is there some exercises I can do or any exeecise videos I can get that are not to strenuous.
