One Month Plus

Highest Weight 283

Pre op diet Weight 279

Surgery Weight 260

Current Weight 234.something

Goal Weight 180

....................................................................

This month with my sleeve has been really cool. I've definitely had my moments of what the hell have I done but I'm very excited for the future. I'm very proud of myself thus far. No cheating , no slip ups. One thing I wish I would have done before surgery is practice chewing everything down to mush because I swear now sometimes my bite size is too big and then im rolling around on the floor chest hurting so bad. But other wise I'm good.

So my next goal is to be 200 pounds by April , hope these next 34 pounds come off as easy. Definitely have to pick up on my exercising so it can come off faster.

Any work out tips?

I too forget to chew my food to almost nothing. I still eat too fast. Well, I may have slowed down a little, but not enough. It is hard to break old habits. One thing that works for me when I am eating meats is to cut the food into small pieces before I start to eat. That helps with not taking too big of a bite.
