Ive heard some people use Flintstone complete chewable Vitamins. Anyone do this?

I did. My nut suggested them because they also contained minerals. I took two at a time.

I did this as well (or the generic version of them depending where I was shopping). My NUT and surgeon make it part of my daily meds. No problems taking them either

The bariatric nurse recommended flintstones twice a day. They have iron in them. Calcium 1000mg and b12 three times a week. I just take it every day 1000 mcg plus biotin for the hair. It's shedding badly.

That's what I take: one in the am, one in the afternoon.
