Bone pain? Weird question!

M 5 weeks post op today. (Down 43 lbs) last night before bed I was watching tv in bed and I had really bad bone pain in my hip and femur in my left leg. Anyone have any possible suggestions? I was thinking maybe I'm low in potassium. Idk, anyone else have this?

Could it be that you slept on that side for the last 5 weeks?

When you were heavier you dispersed your weight differently. You walked with pressure on different areas than you do now. You will adapt a different gait when you walk as you lose weight, dispersing your weight differently. There are several threads about this that I've come across while researching.

I've definitely had a lot of aches and pains in my 3 months post op. Its getting better now tho..so I'm hoping the worst is behind me.

I had them mainly in legs and hips too.
