Zumba wow!

took my first zumba class needless to say it kicked my butt...i had fun but muscles that I didn't even know I had hurt afterwords....I have arthritis in my lower back and knees. But doing it again tonight baby steps...:)

    Just started following a Zumba video last night, and yep I found places I forgot I had, lol. Keep moving and great job!

  • Old dancers trick...Epsom salt and warm water bath. Really helps the muscle fatigue but don't wait too long do it right after the class if you can the same day.

I want ti do Zumba but I have balance issues, where I can just be walking across the floor and fall.I'm like the commercial I've fallen and can't get up lol.
