Awesome Protein Food List!

  • Popular Post

Hi everyone!

I found this awesome list of Protein foods on a vegan website. Of course the old adage of "if you are vegan, you cannot get enough protein in your diet" seems dashed now. I am not a vegan, but this site does give a lot of good info. Personally I love edamame (soybeans) and they have 29 grams of protein in one cup!!! Hope this helps some of you :)

Great link! Thanks for sharing

Great, great list! Thank you!!

Thanks for the list! I appreciate it, I'm a vegetarian and feel like I'm constantly having to defend myself about the protein thing. To be honest I eat more protein now than I did when I ate meat.

I tried quinoa recently and I loved it! It was very filling!
