Pain in sternum

I'm 11 days post op and have some pain in my sternum area. I'm still on liquids and it doesn't happen after eating. It happens a lot after sitting. Any ideas?

Yeah happens to me too. Has woken me up from dead sleep. I think it's spasms and gas. I sip water, take a gas x strip and walk a little and that appeases it for awhile. I think it is a time game with that side effect.
