Immediate dry heaving?

I am sure this has been asked and answered a million times but in my panic at the moment I can't find anything.

This morning I took one Prilosec pill then about 20 min later chewed my Vitamins followed by a sip of Water. Next thing I know I am in the bathroom dry heaving like I have been possessed by an evil demon that I want out of my body. Has this happened to anyone else before? Thoughts on what I did wrong?

    It's the Vitamin.

    My program didn't have us begin our Vitamins until we started purees.

    Cut out the vitamin and take it with a shake and see if that helps.
