Something stuck?

So I had my 2oz puree at 5:15. Ever since, it's felt like something is stuck just above my stomach. Feels like my hiatle hernia, but I know that was repaired. I'm not hungry and drinking isn't helping resolved this. I'm going to postpone an hour before eating again as I don't want to skip.

Thoughts? Am I just being anxious and that's the little lump?

Yeah. It's a little panicky, but when in doubt, wait it out!
